No more bonking!

Ha, I knew that the title of this post would get your attention. Now get your mind out of the gutter and let’s talk about how a low carb diet can benefit you if you are an athlete. I have just finished reading a brilliant book by Drs Phinney and Volek called, The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance. These two scientists have been researching low carb diets for the past few decades and are considered as the “go to” experts in their field.
